At Ryde East OOSH, our team is made up of enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate educators who love what they do. Every day, they work together to create a fun, nurturing, and safe environment where children can play, learn, and feel right at home.

Our educators are either studying or have experience in the Childcare and Education field, bringing a wonderful mix of knowledge, creativity, and heart to our centre.

Director / Nominated Supervisor – Parthi Trivedi

Parthi is the warm, friendly face at the heart of Ryde East OOSH. She has been part of our centre for an incredible 14 years, bringing with her over 27 years of experience in the childcare industry.

She holds a Diploma in Children’s Services, as well as up-to-date First Aid and Child Protection training. With her wealth of experience, calm leadership, and genuine passion for children’s wellbeing, Parthi helps ensure Ryde East OOSH is a safe, welcoming, and thriving space for every child.

2IC / Educational Leader – Steven Saba

'Steve' brings energy, creativity and a strong passion for education to his role as 2IC and Educational Leader at Ryde East OOSH. With over 10 years of experience working with children across early childhood and school-age settings, he is passionate about creating environments where every child feels supported, included and excited to participate.

He holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Music, and is currently completing his Bachelor of Education. He also holds current First Aid and Child Protection training.

As Educational Leader, Steven supports the development of engaging programs and experiences shaped by children’s interests, while working alongside the team to continually strengthen practice and quality across the service. His creative background, leadership experience and child-focused approach help make Ryde East OOSH a place where children can learn, connect, have fun and be themselves.
