Enrolments and Bookings
Getting your child started at Ryde East OOSH is easy and fun! Follow these simple steps to enrol, book sessions, and submit important forms so your child is ready to enjoy all the adventures we
have to offer.
Step 1: Create Your My Family Lounge (MFL) Account
Sign up for your family account on My Family Lounge.
• Manage enrolments, bookings, and Vacation Care sessions.
• Watch the how-to videos to become a booking pro.
• Need quick fixes? Check the help guide.
Step 2: Complete Your Child’s Enrolment
Fill in your child’s details online via MFL:
• Emergency contacts
• Allergies or medical information
• CRN numbers for CCS/ACCS
Submit the form to secure your child’s spot.
Step 3: Book Your Sessions
• Permanent Bookings: Book at the start of each term.
• Casual Bookings:
o Monday: by Friday 9:00 am the week before
o Tuesday–Friday: by 12:00 pm the day before
All bookings are managed through MFL.
Step 4: Submit Risk Minimisation & Communication Plans (RMCP)
If your child has asthma, anaphylaxis, or allergies, complete the RMCP forms before their first
day:
• RMCP – Allergies
• RMCP – Anaphylaxis
• RMCP – Asthma
These forms help us keep your child safe and supported.
Step 5: Submit Action Plans
Provide current Action Plans for any medical conditions, along with any required medication:
• Asthma Action Plan
• Anaphylaxis Action Plan
• Allergies Action Plan
We cannot safely care for children without completed Action Plans and medication.
Step 6: Confirm & Start Care
Once everything is submitted:
• You’ll get confirmation via MFL.
• Your child is ready for fun, learning, and play at Ryde East OOSH!
